• Can I register for the exam directly through Bakkah?

  Through Bakkah, you can easily purchase the exam voucher. However, the registration and examination processes are handled directly between the trainee and the accreditation body. As an accredited partner, we can provide support whenever needed, but are not responsible for issues related to technical problems, scheduling, or your exam readiness.

• Is CAPM exam is based on PMBOK Guide - Sixth Edition?

  No, the CAPM exam is based on PMBOK Guide - Seventh Edition.

• Are there any renewals or recertification I am required to make to keep my credential?

  CAPM certification holders need to earn 15 PDUs every three years to maintain the certification.

• What is exam method?

  All PMI exams are offered at approved Pearson VUE Testing Centers worldwide. You can check for locations on Pearson VUE’s website.

• Are there any prerequisites to apply for this course?

  No, but there are prerequisites to apply for the exam.

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)

  • 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam

• Is this course endorsed by an accreditation body?

• How long will it take for me to receive my exam results?

  You will receive the results in a day or two. You will receive a congratulation from the PMI and a message saying that you will get your certificate within four to six weeks at the address you provided to the PMI at the time of filling out the application form.

• What score do I have to earn to pass the exam?

  The passing score for all PMI exams is determined by sound psychometric analysis.

• What if I do not pass the exam? Can I retake?

  You are granted a one-year eligibility period in which to pass the examination. During the eligibility period, you may take the examination up to three times.

• Can I reschedule the exam at any time?

  You can reschedule or cancel your online proctored exam or center-based exam at any time, up to 48 hours before your scheduled exam appointment. Please read the Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy carefully from CAPM Handbook.

• How and when will I receive the certificate?

  Within six to eight weeks, you will receive a certification package that includes: Congratulatory letter Information on how to renew your accredited Certificate.

• Will there be a digital badge?

  Yes.

• In what language will this training be delivered?

  The training is available in both English and Arabic.

• In what language will the training material be available?

  The material is available in both English and Arabic.
